1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address when you create an account, and information generated through your use of the service such as design prompts and saved designs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process your orders, send transactional emails, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payments
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Vistela Studio does not store your credit card details. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
4. Data Storage
Your account data and generated designs are stored securely using Supabase. Images you generate are stored in cloud storage and associated with your account.
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies to maintain your session and improve your experience. We also set a long-lived, randomly generated identifier that lets us connect a visit to a later purchase — for example, recognizing that an order came from a Pinterest pin or a search result — so we can understand which of our own marketing efforts are working. Alongside that identifier we record acquisition details tied to the visit itself: which site or search referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and the page you landed on. This is for our own sales attribution only — it is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to track you across other websites. We also record the browser and device information your browser sends (the standard ‘user agent’ string), which we use to tell automated traffic apart from real visitors and to keep our own traffic figures honest. Like the rest of this, it is never sold and never used to track you across other websites. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Printful (order fulfillment), OpenAI and Replicate (AI image generation and upscaling — your prompts and uploaded photos are sent to these providers to generate and process your designs), and Resend (transactional email delivery). These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
