What photo works best for an anniversary piece?
Whatever the two of you would actually recognize each other in — a candid, a photo from the wedding day, or one from years later that says more now than it did then. It doesn't need to be posed or high-resolution; phone photos and old prints both work.
Can it be a photo from the wedding day itself?
Yes, and it's one of the most common choices. Painted styles tend to flatter older or lower-resolution wedding photos especially well — the softness of watercolor or the texture of oil covers for detail a straight reprint can't.
What if we want a specific year or place shown?
Say so in plain words when you describe the transformation — the place you got engaged, a specific year's trip, the house you bought together. It follows what you type; there's no menu to pick from.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Uploading a photo, generating the piece, and previewing it on a wall are all free and need no account. You only pay if you decide to order a print or buy the digital file.
How long does it take to arrive?
The artwork itself is ready in about a minute. Prints are made to order — usually 2–5 business days to make, then 3–4 business days to ship within the US, so most orders arrive in about one to two weeks. Checkout shows the estimated arrival window for your address before you pay. Shipping is free within the US. If you need it faster, the digital file is available immediately and can be printed locally.
Can it ship straight to them, or do I need to receive it first?
Either works. Checkout collects the shipping address, so you can send it straight to them at a US address. Tick “This is a gift” at checkout to add a note — it’s printed on the packing slip, and no prices appear on the slip either way. If you’d rather hand it over yourself, ship it to you.
Is it AI-generated?
Yes. Your photo and your instructions guide an AI image model, and the result is finished at high resolution for printing. We say so everywhere we sell, because you should know what you're buying.
