What wedding photo should I use?
Whichever one you'd actually want on a wall — the first look, a candid from the reception, the two of you dancing. It doesn't need to be the formal portrait; candid, imperfect photos often paint better than posed ones.
Can it include the venue or the details, not just the couple?
Yes. Say what matters to you when you describe the transformation — keep the string lights, keep the dress, keep a specific detail from the day. It follows plain words; there's no menu to pick from.
Is this the same as a wedding portrait commission?
No — it's faster and far less expensive, because it's guided by AI rather than painted by hand over weeks. You get a result in about a minute for free, and only pay if you want it printed or want the digital file. It won't have a hand-painted commission's brushwork, but it holds a likeness well and costs a fraction as much.
What can it be painted as?
Watercolor, oil, or charcoal are what we'd suggest for a couple — watercolor tends to hold two faces most reliably. Describe what you want in plain words and it follows; you can also try more than one style for free before choosing.
How long does it take to arrive?
The artwork itself is ready in about a minute. Prints are made to order — usually 2–5 business days to make, then 3–4 business days to ship within the US, so most orders arrive in about one to two weeks. Checkout shows the estimated arrival window for your address before you pay. Shipping is free within the US. The digital file, if you buy it instead, is available immediately.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Uploading a photo, generating the piece, and previewing it on a wall are all free and need no account. You only pay if you decide to order a print or buy the digital file.
Is it AI-generated?
Yes. Your photo and your instructions guide an AI image model, and the result is finished at high resolution for printing. We say so everywhere we sell, because you should know what you're buying.
